At Flavours De Kashmir, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns policy subject to the following terms and conditions:

Returns Eligibility:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Perishable goods such as dry fruits are exempt from being returned.
• If return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days

Returns Process:

1. Contact our customer service team at flavours.kashmir@yahoo.com within 1 day of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
3. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and the return shipping address.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund in 1 BusinessDay’s. once Your Return is Approved, After approval we initiate refund in 3-5 Business days only.
  If your Return is approved, your refund Amount will be processed, and will be Credited automatically to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 Business days.

Exchanges:

• We only accept exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. To request an exchange, contact us at flavours.kashmir@yahoo.com within 1 business day of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your Exchange in 1 Business Day’s. After approval of Your Exchange Request we will initiate exchange in 2-3 Business days only & Your Exchanged Products will be Delivered in Next 5-6 Business Day’s.

Shipping Costs:

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
